Fishing All The Time Guide Service The Ultimate Fishing Charter Experience from Rockport, TX

Premier Fishing Charter in Rockport, Port Aransas and Corpus Christi, Texas

Captain Larry Miller – Fishin’ All The Time Guide Service

Captain Larry Miller of Fishin’ All The Time Guide Service is a respected and passionate fishing guide based in Rockport, Texas. Growing up near a lake in South Texas, Larry spent his youth fishing and winning tournaments on nearly every lake he could find. His dream was always to become a fishing guide—originally for bass—but one saltwater trip with a friend changed his entire outlook. The saltwater environment was different: more space on the boat which created a family-friendly atmosphere, and endless species to chase. From that day on, Larry knew the saltwater of the Texas Gulf Coast was where he would build his future.

After years of working as a crane operator, Larry made the leap to follow his dream. He traded heavy machinery for a rod and reel, turning his lifelong passion into a career on the water. Larry’s very first trip as a guide was memorable—not because of how many fish were caught, but because of the smiles and excitement from the kids on board. Even on a day with a slower bite, their joy and enthusiasm made it clear that great trips are measured by the memories made, not just the catch.

Since then, Larry has built a reputation for being calm, approachable, and knowledgeable. He spends over 200 days a year on the water, fishes about 20 tournaments annually, and places in nearly 80% of them. His guests appreciate that he’s not only skilled at finding redfish, trout, and black drum, but also dedicated to teaching and making every trip special. He’s especially patient with kids and beginners, while also delivering exciting days for serious anglers looking to wade fish or fill a cooler.

For Larry, some of the most rewarding memories are seeing families share the water together. One of his most memorable charters involved three generations—a grandfather, father, and son—each catching their personal bests on the same trip. Watching kids light up when they catch fish is another highlight he never gets tired of.

Why Rockport & Port Aransas Are Special

The waters around Rockport, Port Aransas, and Corpus Christi are some of the most productive and versatile fisheries on the Texas Gulf Coast. Here, anglers can target inshore favorites like redfish, speckled trout, and black drum—or head offshore from the same area to find even more variety. Beyond the fishing, Port Aransas offers something for everyone: beaches, shopping, golf, incredible restaurants, and a lively coastal atmosphere that makes it one of the best family vacation destinations in Texas.

What Sets Captain Larry Apart

Larry’s guiding style is built on flexibility and hospitality. Whether it’s a hardcore angler wanting to wade fish, a group looking to stock the cooler, or a family with kids just wanting to enjoy a relaxed day on the water, Larry tailors each trip to the group. He prides himself on making sure every guest leaves with a smile, some great memories, and often, a new fishing tip or trick learned along the way.

The Boat – Built for Comfort, Performance & Fishability

Captain Larry runs his trips aboard a 24’ Haynie bay boat, custom-designed for inshore fishing along the Texas coast. Powered by a 400 HP Mercury engine, the boat offers fast, smooth rides to the fishing grounds. It’s equipped with advanced navigational electronics, a large live well, and a spacious casting deck—ideal for multiple anglers. With seating for up to five guests, the boat blends speed, stability, and comfort, whether you’re chasing redfish on the flats, drifting for speckled trout, or just enjoying a laid-back family outing.
